I believe that I shall look upon the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living! Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!
Psalm 27:13-14

You Are Invited!

It’s that time again! We can’t wait to celebrate all that God has done this past year with the ministry in Tanzania, Zambia and Pakistan.

Mission Connect Night would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors. We are incredibly grateful to the businesses and individuals who have chosen to partner with Hope Is Strong Ministries and help make this special evening possible.

Your sponsorship helps us gather our community, share stories of hope, celebrate the lives being impacted through our ministry, and invite others to join us in changing legacies together.

Thank you for believing in the mission, investing in the evening, and standing alongside Hope Is Strong Ministries. We are grateful to have you as part of the Hope Is Strong family!

2027 Zambia Trip

We are already looking forward to returning to Zambia this coming May and reconnecting with our dear friends and ministry partners!

Zambia Mission Trip

Filled with Joy

Since returning from our Tanzania trip, I can’t help but feel incredibly proud of the Watoto Kwanza School.

I’m proud of the teachers who faithfully pour into the lives of these vulnerable children—not only through education, but through encouragement, love, and discipleship. I’m proud of the parents who support their children, encourage them to learn, and believe in a brighter future for them.

I’m grateful for the people who built this school, brick by brick, creating a place where children can learn, grow, and feel safe. And I’m grateful for the cooks who spend their days preparing meals over a hot fire, serving each child with care.

When you walk through the school, you see so much more than classrooms and children. You see people who have said yes to the mission. You see sacrifice, dedication, and love in action.

And we are so thankful for every person who has helped make Watoto Kwanza what it is today. ❤️

We praise God for Pastor Jeremiah’s vision for the school and for the government leaders who have come alongside in support!

The next phase will be to open the school doors to 100 children! Followed by the completion of the building of the on-site orphanage.

Will you continue praying for this campus and the plans God has for it?

Child Sponsorships

A Little Reminder & Update 🩵

The Watoto Kwanza School family continues to grow! We now have 60 children, with 16 children currently sponsored.

It was such a joy to personally meet these children during our recent trip to Tanzania and see firsthand the impact your support is making in their lives.

There are still children waiting for a sponsor—and you can sponsor one child (or two!). Your monthly gift helps provide nutritious meals, education, school supplies, and the opportunity to learn about the love of Jesus.

Would you consider giving a child the gift of sponsorship? Together, we can continue changing legacies, one child at a time

Say yes today—and join in on the work God is doing in their lives.

Are you ready to say yes? Find your child here.
