Bibles for Zambia

Pastor Isaac teaches a discipleship class at Kids Connection Preparatory School in Zambia. Last month, he requested help to buy 60 bibles for these children. Today, we celebrate receiving a donation for 27 of the 60 bibles! Praise God!

Each week God gives us the opportunity to meet the physical needs of these children through the meal ministry. What a joy it will be to encourage and support them spiritually.

Celebrating What God is Doing

My heart is full! This past week, we celebrated all that God is doing through Hope is Strong Ministries with our local Chamber of Commerce. We opened the doors at our new warehouse and shared a wonderful time of fellowship with friends. We can’t wait to see how God will use this time to build relationships that we pray will lead to new partnerships. God is faithful!

The H.I.S. Warehouse is set up and has already started to receiving donations but we still have plenty of bins to fill. Find our list of accepted donations here.

Donations will be accepted Saturdays 10 am – 4 pm and Sundays 2 pm – 4 pm at Nolan River Road Baptist Church and Mt. Carmel Baptist Church by Appointment ONLY. Please call/text Becky at 817-219-8394 or send an email to becky@hopeisstrong.com to schedule your drop off.

We have a few items on our Amazon list as well. Some items are for the warehouse and some will be used as relationship-builders for upcoming mission trips.

Tanzania Student Ministry

God has given our Program Facilitator, Elisha a vision to teach and reach the students in the area schools. Last week, he took a Hope is Strong team out to the near by school to share the Good News of Jesus. Mary and Joseph are a part of this team, they are two children, now youth, who have been part of the meal ministry since the start in 2017. We are so thankful to see how God is growing them and using them to reach their peers!
